Ordering Please make an appointment before coming to the atelier in person with an enquiry or order, or contact our customer service by phone on 03 5467 8244, or by mail at cs@tokyoatelier.com. Digital file for prints can be sent via the internet. Be sure to use registered mail when sending us negatives or positives for printing. Details will be provided after you place your order. Payment Options 1. Credit Card Settlement service Credit card payment on delivery can be made with the Kuroneko Yamato Credit Card Settlement service. At the time you receive your order, you are able to pay the delivery person with any of the following credit cards. In addition to your order and delivery fee, the Kuroneko Yamato Credit Card Settlement service charges 315 to 1,050 yen. Please be aware that if your order is being sent to an address other than your own, then this service cannot be used. 2. Cash on delivery Cash payment on delivery can be made with the Kuroneko Yamato Cash Settlement service.   At the time you receive your order, you are able to pay the delivery person in cash. In addition to your order and delivery fee, the Kuroneko Yamato Cash Settlement service charges 315 to 1,050 yen. Please be aware that if your order is being sent to an address other than your own, then this service cannot be used. 3. Bank Transfer Payment can be made by transferring the amount due into the our bank account.   Account details will be provided via e-mail once we receive your order. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received your payment we will send your order. 4. Money Order Payment for orders from overseas can be made by money order. Payments from overseas cannot be made by credit cards or check. Delivery If payment is to be made by credit card or cash, delivery will be made within 10 days of receiving the digital files, negatives or slides. If payment is to be made by bank transfer, delivery will be made within 10 days of receiving the digital files, negatives or slides and after the payment has been made. Delivery Fee The domestic delivery fee is different according to the address and the commodity. Please contact us for further details.   The date and time-slot you would like your order to be delivered can be requested.   However, time-slots cannot be requested for some regions in Japan. International deliveries will be made with FedEx, UPS or international mail. For details about the delivery fee, please contact us. 　 Gift Services At your request, your order can be wrapped and a personal greeting card can be included for no additional fee. Please note that for this service, payment can only be made by bank transfer. For further details, please contact us. Return Policy If you received an item that does not match your order or if you are not satisfied with the item, please send it back to us via payment on arrival and we will either refund you or replace the item. Refunds If you paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash, we will refund you either by bank transfer or cash sent by registered mail. We will refund you within 1 week of receive the item to be returned.
